Return and Exchange Policy

Standard Return Period

We have a 7 day return policy, which means customers may return swimwear within 7 business days of receiving their order for one of the following options:

  • Full Refund
  • Store Credit
  • Exchange

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items MUST be in good, resale-ready condition, meaning:

  • Unworn
  • Hang tags intact
  • No stains, deodorant marks, tears or signs of wear
  • Protective hygiene sticker attached
  • No additional labels or brand markings removed
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or offered an exchange at our discretion.

Returns After the 7-Day Window

Items returned after the 7 business day window are eligible for store credit only, provided they meet all condition requirements listed above. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Worn Items

Items that show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to product availability. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements for returns and must be initiated within the standard return period. Exchanges that have been worn and do not meet condition requirements WILL NOT be eligible for exchange. 

Final Sale Items

All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Process

Each order from Z Chris Swimwear includes a packing slip with detailed return instructions. To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please include the following items in your return package:

Required Items for All Returns

  • The packing slip
  • The item(s) being returned
  • The original receipt or a printed copy of your order confirmation email
  • Proper packaging to protect the item during transit

Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping carrier and covering all return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error on Z Chris Swimwear’s part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
